Meet The OT

Nerae

Nerae (pronounced ner-ray) the face and Occupational Therapist (OT) behind Achieve It OT!

With over 13 years experience I take pride in ensuring sessions are based on what you want to achieve and how that fits in with your life or home environment. No two people are the same and that is why I believe in focusing on what truly matters to you or your loved one.

My special interest in women's health OT is as result of my own experiences with pregnancy, birth, the transition into motherhood and postnatal care - feeling like there HAD to be a better way and MORE that can be done for women to ensure they are heard, get the care they deserve and their symptoms and experiences are not just dismissed or have to be put up with.

On the weekends you will find me spending time with my kids and husband, pottering around in the garden or catching up with friends. I love a good cup of coffee, good food and good company!

As well as getting out and about in the community, shopping and enjoying leisure activities such as gardening, going to local cafes or markets. Each person's occupations are unique which is why your OT will focus on your specific goals and needs.
